Paul
Having tried some Ballroom and Latin American at the age of 17 Paul hung up his dancing shoes for many years until trying modern jive in 1998. He had always liked swing music and discovered Lindy Hop in 2001.Around that time there weren’t many places outside of London where you could dance Lindy and it wasn’t until 2004 that Paul really started to dance to swing music on a regular basis. Also the same year he was introduced to Balboa at the London Balboa Festival and has found another style of swing that he is also passionate about. From 2007 to 2009 Paul was part of the Attic Cats performance group run by Martin Ellis. In 2008 he also achieved 3rd place in the Amateur Euro Bal Cup in Toulouse.
Sally
Sally is the first to admit that she is relatively new to Balboa, although she has been to many international camps with Paul and learnt from many of the top international teachers. Her skill is to 'Just Follow' and with this she brings a subtle balance to the teaching partnership.
