Balboa is a swing dance that was popular in the 40's and today is experiencing a worldwide revival.

Come and enjoy the tunes of the swing era and learn how to partner dance. It's easy to learn, fun and no partner or dance experience are required.

We just love Balboa and that's what we teach! Our aim is to help build the swing scene on the South Coast by expanding the joy of Balboa.

Whether you do modern jive, Lindy, Salsa, Tango etc or don't dance at all our classes are fun and informative and we cater for all levels from beginners upwards.

We also run workshops every 3 months which focus on technique as we firmly believe in mastering the basics in order to reap the benefits later.We focus on movement, lead/follow and technique........and our aim is to help you improve your dancing in a fun and social environment.
